Do we need to do the Project Proposal Form?I mean if we present the project in english,but do the Project Proposal Form in chinese.Is is OK?

Henry:I have done have of project proposal Form and i hope we finish other half one together.
About the Dead line
Henry:i want to present the project in English!please pay attention!Every members must know this blog and common every day.The common can be imformation,what do you want me to change that is about the project.I want to finish the Project Proposal Form before 14th.I mean want to finish it earlier,so please help me .We finish it about 12th!
